Bad business and awful customer service

Firstly we ARE terribly sorry that your order did not reach you on time. We did not pick up your call when you rang but our message does say we will ring back as soon as we can. I was out of the office but did contact you back the same day...after hours!!! We processed your last minute order and dispatched as quickly as we could. We sent you the AN Post tracking number as soon as we dispatched so you could keep an eye on it. Unfortunately (as stated) once the order leaves us it is out of our control. Nealry all of our orders are next day delivery but of course once it does leave us it is out of our control. I tracked your order straight away for you and according to the tracking was ready for delivery on that day (on time) but was not delivered. We processed the same oder for you last year and you came back again this year. You cannot blame us for things that we cannot control

I would 100% recommend anyone to purchase from here. The customer service was excellent when trying to sort and design the hoodies. They then arrived in less then 2 weeks from ordering and we’re brilliant quality.
