Did not get what I ordered

Ordered zipped hoodie . Just got normal hoodie no zip up which is what the person who gift is for only wears . Beside that photo and print colour perfect

Unfortunately, we at Personalise It are just human and I will admit that mistakes can be made. But had you contacted us instead of simply giving a poor review we would have gladly sent out another hoodie (the correct one) to you. If we do not know there is a problem we cannot correct it.
